I think I’m pregnant and I don’t know what to do

Hi so I’m 19 and studying outside of my home country. Some days ago I had sex with this dude and didn’t noticed it was one of my high risk days. He used a condom and finished in my mouth but I think he may have touched me with sperm covered hands. I don’t know what to do. I have been looking at early pregnancy symptoms and I fit in half of them. I am NOT ready to have a child. My period is like 2 weeks away, but the anxiety is killing me and I can’t stop crying and worrying. At this point all I can do is wait, but I would love to hear some support as there is no way I can talk about this with my family.
