Panic attack?
I started to feel just uncomfortable this morning after getting home from church and breakfast. I sent my husband and 20 month old to Walmart so I could have a break. I was laying down and all of a sudden started to have what I think is a panic attack. I feel like my heart is racing, I can’t catch my breath, my arms and legs are numb and I just feel out of sorts...has this happened to anyone else?
