Hcg leveled totally panicked I’m miscarrying. Please help!

I had my first hcg level on Friday at four weeks, level 40. My doctor wanted it to be a 50

Or higher and said I’m in a grey area. He said as long as I increase by 53 percent of that two days later I’m okay. Today I went back two day’s later my level was 65, 63 percent higher. Now he’s saying he wanted it to double and I’m still in a grey area. I feel like I can’t be excited yet and I’m terrified of miscarriage. It’s been almost two years to get to this point, many surgeries and ivf finally worked. I’m totally panicked :(
