I’ve been TTC for a few months and after last months false positives, it tore me down. It took a toll on my mental health and when AF showed I said to myself I would focus on my health and overall well-being.
I’ve been back at the gym and I’m feeling great! Today is my peak day and I don’t know if I should try, or if I should follow my instinct to wait it out.
