Implantation bleeding or late period? PLEASE HELP

We have had 2 miscarriages previously and have been desperately trying for a baby. I am 5 days late for my period, and for over a week I’ve had dizzy spells, headaches, nausea (no vomiting), change in appetite, passing urine more often, and the worst fatigue I’ve felt for a long time. My breasts feel sore and tender, but we’ve done 2 pregnancy tests, both are negative. All my loved ones are convinced I am pregnant and have all the symptoms related to pregnancy, but I’m honestly just confused now. I was so broken hearted when the test came negative and don’t want to keep my hopes up. This morning I started this very light spotting/bleeding. Mostly light pinkish, with some dark brown discharge now and then. I have some mild cramps/back pain, but nothing compared to my normal period pains. The flow is nothing like my normal period flow, it’s very light. I’ve not even needed to wear a pad, it’s just there when I’m wiping. Any ideas whether it’s implantation 5 days post due period or it’s just a late period that’s being strange? Any recommendations what to do? My usual cycle I’m normally no longer than a day late. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
