First pregnancy/guideline to natural childbirth
Hello,
I am 6wks & 2 days. My first appointment is 1/6. Should I tell my midwife upfront my birthing plans? And what if they discourage me from natural/holistic childbirth, how should I proceed? I just know that I don't want any epidural, no IVs, no lying down etc. Also, do any of you have hook recommendations for first times natural Mama's? I would appreciate a step by step guideline as I'm complete lost. Thank you.
