How long after a miscarriage can I start trying ?

I was 5 weeks and started bleeding first it was light then a little more and then heavily. Went to the er and confirmed i was miscarrying. Im heart broken and cant stop crying but i know this things happen. And i know i’ll be ok.

Exactly the same happened to me at 5 weeks. I started bleeding on 2nd December until the 9th. I saw a midwife who said I was having a miscarriage. She told my husband that I would be super fertile when I stop bleeding so we started trying again on the 11th. I cried after we had sex. I just hated the fact that our last pregnancy was taken away from us, and having to try all over again. The anxiety of the TWW all over agin too. It’s so tough. The tears will pass but the loss is always there. If ever you need a chat, please PM me. 
Going by the dates of when I would usually ovulate, I ovulated on Friday so we BD’d lots this past week and the week before after I stopped bleeding. I seem to be having the same symptoms now that I had last month. I’m just praying for a sticky bean this time. Fingers crossed. Good luck for your next try. I just went through a miscarriage myself this past month. My dr told me to wait 3 months as there is a higher chance of another miscarriage. My sister went through it too back in April 2017 the come june 2017 she was expecting her rainbow baby which is now almost 2. 
Things just happen. It always sux when it does. I was heartbroken for a week or so but my sister told me her story and I felt better and my husband and I started trying as soon as bleeding stopped. There's always hope. Think positively and always know there are ppl willing to talk and share their stories for support

I found out I miscarried at my 10 week (since LMP) appt last monday... this was 2 wks after we saw heart flicker and embryo. Doc did a D&C last Wednesday and gave me the go ahead to start trying again right away.  I'm still spotting a bit from the D&C, my pregnancy symptoms have subsided but I'm still emotionally beat up. We're going to wait another week and start actively trying in January.

If you don’t have to have a D&C, you can start right away. Typically they want your pregnancy hormone below 5.
