Taking one of something your not commonly not supposed to take won’t hurt but I wouldn’t recommend taking more, normal Tylenol Vick’s vapor rub hot steam and or just saline nose spray ( probably saying that wrong but this pregnancy brain is killing me lol) are all safe and helped me a lot when I’d get sick
