Baby kicking cervix question?

I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and a few hours ago it felt like baby kicked me in the cervix it was so weird I honestly was just waiting for my water to break or something idk just weird the doctors broke my water with my first so I have no idea what that even feels like it was scary for a moment no pain came with it just discomfort and I was shocked. This is my second pregnancy I know what lighting crotch feels like and round ligament pains and I want to say I'm pretty positive he didn't kick my bladder I guess I'm asking if this is normal or even possible ? TIA
I also have an anatomy scan tomorrow I'm thinking about calling early before hand and telling them and see what they say I guess based on everyone's opinion here.

I’m 24 weeks and the last two days I’ve felt him kick what I’m guessing is my cervix? I’m a first time mom so I’m not sure about all these sensations, but it’s not painful. It feels like a weird tingly or just strange feeling. 
No idea if this is normal or not. Hoping it is 🙏🏼

My first was kicking my cervix for like a week straight and it hurt so bad. It actually caused me to start bleeding a little and I went to the hospital and they admitted me overnight for really no reason because everything was fine. The next day I went to the Dr and he was like yup your daughter is kicking the crap out of your cervix and made you bleed a little, no big deal and nothing you can do about it. So it sucked and I’m currently almost 20 weeks and this baby is kicking my cervix and it already hurts ugh
