Get a routine like diaper, eat, play, sleep and worry about the timing. Patterns will emerge eventually.

Agreed with Sarah, we did more of same steps but less clock schedule. We alwaysssss followed eat, play, sleep on repeat. Sometimes he’d sleep longer or be awake longer. Probably more towards 3/4 months he was on more of a clock schedule (naps around the same times, waking around the same times etc)

My daughter is 7 weeks and is starting to schedule herself. She naps around the same time and is sleeping the same times at night.
