Preparing for new baby?

On Monday my 2 year old will become a big brother to twin sisters.  Any advice to help him with the transition?

My daughter just became a big sister back in October. I say to just try to keep things as much as the same as before. Like if you put your toddler to bed, then keep doing that. I already know with twins things will probably be very different but if you can keep some of the same day to day things normal for your older one.

Stock up on quick and easy healthy snacks for you and your toddler so you can focus on everything else. If your partner will be home for a while after the babies come, tag team so someone spends a little one on one time with your older kid as often as you can, but don't panic if it doesn't happen. I had my second baby a month ago and my daughter has done amazingly well with the transition, but having to juggle two (or three in your case!) little lives who fully depend on you will be hard no matter what.
