Exercise!!

Okay so I am 13 years old and pretty healthy. Well, except for the exercising part. I am skinny, and look healthy but I can’t run for more than a few minutes without dying! That is why I like sprinting but not long distance running. I want to get in shape and stay healthy inside and out. Any advice or tips to be motivated to do this? If you have any exercise routines or anything that would be great! Thank you so much for any help you can give!
