3 DPO symptoms?

Ok I’m 3DPO (did ovulation testing so it should be very accurate) and for today and yesterday I’ve been having some very slight nausea/indigestion. For context, I NEVER have tummy troubles and when I do it’s immediately after eating and cleared up by a trip to the bathroom. And I can’t throw up. I haven’t thrown up in 20+ years. So this feels very different. Am I reading too far in to things? How soon did other people feel symptoms followed by a BFP? This two week wait is going to kill me if these symptoms continue.
