I said “I can’t take it.” And I asked if I could change positions. He said no. Is that rape? I’m in Florida if it makes a difference.

“The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” If he had your consent to begin with, and you never told him to stop, then no, by definition it was not rape. However, the fact that he said “no” is absolutely appalling. Is there anymore context you can provide? Did you make it known you no longer wanted to have sex after that? Because I tell my bf all the time “I can’t take it” as he is VERY well endowed, however, he would never tell me “no” if I asked to switch positions.
