Plz help *PERIOD TOPIC*

So I usually don’t post on here I’m new to the app but I had started my “period” 4 days ago the first day it was light I barley bleed like it was starting...2nd day iit was heavier but only needed a few tampons at the begging of the day by the night I was using liners cuz it was lite asf...day 3 I started having bad cramps like really bad all over including my stomach...barley bleeding was pink when I wiped...today has been so painful n crampy and only “bleeding” when I wipe like pink ? Any ideas ? I’m 18 but my periods have been irregular. I’ve also had a cost on my left ovary before
