Hydrogen peroxide rinse safe?

Hi I’m a FTM and 20 weeks pregnant- and I have a tooth that had a root canal about two years ago but at the time I couldn’t afford a crown (still probably can’t)- anyways it’s finally catching up To me, I might have cracked it and right now I’m in a a lot of pain and seriously worried about infection!! I rinsed w hydrogen peroxide (3%) last night but now I’m not even sure if that was safe? I just really want to avoid antibiotics and prolong treatment until I can figure things out w my dentist. Is hydrogen peroxide safe to use as a rinse while pregnant?? Please help?! Anyone have similar experience? I just don’t wanna hurt my baby
