Blood and fingering after MC

So my blood cleared up after my miscarriage, no spotting or anything but whenever I insert my finger in my vagina just to kind of check up inside there there’s new fresh red blood on my finger. Do I cause this blood by inserting my finger or was this blood already up there. I’m clear all day like this blood wasn’t gonna come out but it does when I insert my finger. Why does my finger causes this blood? It’s so weird.
