BC Question??

I have the Nexplanon implant in my arm and I have had it for almost a year. My period has yet to adjust to it and sometimes my periods are short and other times they’re long and over a month long. When I had this problem earlier this year, my doctor gave me BC pills (Pictured below) to stop it but by the time I went to take one, it had stopped.

Now, my period has lasted for over a month...Does anyone know how long it takes the BC pills to stop the bleeding? I was really hoping to get some dick tonight or tomorrow.. I don’t think they’d work that fast but you can never be too hopeful, I guess? 😂😂
