Plz help!Yeast infection?

I began to feel bad irritation and itching then in the shower i noticed i was leaking clumpy cottage cheese looking discharge this happened for two days and the pain got worse like BAD i figured it was a yeast infection so i got the one day treatment from Walmart and the symptoms slowly went away.. about 7 days past and i decided to have sex again because i felt 0 symptoms then the irritation came back and while cleaning myself i noticed alot more of the clumpy discharge. Is this a yeast infection or is there any std with the same symptoms? My bf also feels irritation on his head and is getting clumpy discharge
