Measurable follicles at baseline scan??

I went for my cd2 scan today, and I already have 4-5 measurable follicles between 13-15mm! We don’t think they’re cysts because I only had two follicles last cycle. We did estrogen priming to prevent this from happening, and it seems to have made it worse! While I wait for my doc to call me back and tell me if we’re going to cancel or try to salvage this cycle, does anyone have any similar experiences, positive or negative? I have low amh, which is part of the issue. Thank you.
