How long after BD do you wait to go the bathroom?

Hi all, just wondering how long after BD you all wait, with legs propped up before running to the bathroom. I get really frequent UTIs and I'm trying to figure out what to do!!! Thanks.

Propping your legs up does not make any difference in whether or not you will conceive. Sperm gets where it needs to go fast

There have been studies showing that throwing your legs up does not work. Sperm leave the semen and it’s just the semen that comes out not the sperm. The only time you would have an issue is if the semen is too thick. This was one of the reasons we had a hard time conceiving. Due to my husbands semen being thick the sperm had a hard time leaving, but sticking my legs up in the air still wouldn’t have worked. You can go to the bathroom right after and still get pregnant. I have three sons that prove that point.

The whole legs propped up shit doesn’t work and is just a myth. Little spermies are pretty fast and know how to get to where they need to go, without needing your assistance. If I have to go to the bathroom, I’m going to the bathroom.

This is likely the cause of your UTIs. It’s really unhealthy to “hold in” the semen, and it doesn’t increase your chances of conceiving. Get up immediately after sex
