How do you get over jealousy? We’ve lived next to my bfs ex nearly 2 years and I’m still not over it. Why??? It makes me extremely jealous and uncomfortable and makes me think things that are not there, HOPEFULLY. It’s not something I want to do.. it literally just over powers me. It makes me think stupid things when they leave at the same time in the AM or even get home around the same time in the afternoon. Why is it heartbreaking to see her car get here first and then his car like a minute or two after. I get a gut wrenching feeling and it just takes over. We live in a duplex, our driveways are literally right next to each other. I know it may sound stupid to some, I’d really like to get over it and sometimes I even think about becoming friends with her because we’re neighbors and I hate that it’s awkward. I just wish I wasntlike this.. we’ve been together almost 6 years and have a 3 year old. If this keeps going, this will literally be the end of us because of my stupid jealousy.
