I occasionally use this app to track my LOs sleep and when I do it's usually 14-15 hours of sleep in 24 hours. Most of this is at night and in the morning.

15-16 hrs for us. If he gets less than that, he’s cranky. More, and he’s smiling and happy all day!

My LO sleeps for 8 to 9 hours, wakes to feed, and then sleeps for 4 more hours. During the day LO takes small cat naps between feeding every 2 hours. So I'm thinking like 14 to 16 hours.
