Hydrocephalus?

Has anyone had their baby be diagnosed with hydrocephalus while in the womb still and they needed a shunt when they are born? And also did you have a c-section as well? How is your baby currently doing? Are their delays for crawling, walking, talking ? This is my second baby and they weren’t sure what he had until about 16-20 weeks or so and he has a lot of fluid in his brain so I am just a bit concerned for him and how he’ll do because I’ll be having a c-section at 37 weeks and 4 days because his head is 2 weeks ahead of growth in each ultrasound they did every like 4 weeks. Also the shunt will either be placed same day or the next day I am not entirely sure. Please help and give any advice and information you can I’d be greatly appreciative of it and would help me to know what I should expect? Thank you in advance!
