Can you describe nausea??

Hi ladies! So this is my second pregnancy I’m 5w2d and today I feel so sick to my stomach! I didn’t have any morning sickness with my daughter so I’m trying to see if what I’m feeling is nauseous! I honestly don’t really know what it feels like and what I’M Feeling is a weird sick to my stomach feeling and then it’s like a lump at my throat almost like something is rising (throw up) but nothing actually rises and I don’t throw up. Does that make any sense at all? LOL. I can’t get out of bed right now and I’ve been dizzy all day
