I recently found out that my little guy (3 months) most likely has a dairy/soy allergy. I breastfeed him so I will be cutting dairy and soy out of my diet. I’m in a bind because it also means I won’t be able to give him any milk from the little freezer stash that I have. I was banking on using that milk for him when I go back to work next week. Since I won’t be able to use it, I am looking for a formula to supplement with that doesn’t have dairy and soy just in case I need it. His pediatrician gave us some samples and I was really discouraged to see that the main ingredient is corn syrup solids (48%). Has anyone found a dairy/soy free formula with better ingredients!? Or has anyone had luck with a goats milk formula? I’ve read that it’s easier to digest and has less lactose than cows milk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
