Double ear infection :(

My baby girl has a double ear infection. The doctor doesn’t know if it is a bacterial or viral infection, yet, but gave her amoxicillin. We’ve had family around for a week already, and even though I ask people not to kiss her or be in her face, they do it when they think I’m not looking. The other day, my MIL was holding her during dinner, eating with her hands, licking her fingers and then touching my baby’s hands. She didn’t understand why I asked her to use a fork. Finally, I just resorted to holding her all the time for the past couple days since people can’t leave her alone and want to touch her all the time.

I have MORE family coming on Sunday. With my baby girl sick like this, should I ask them not to come? Would that be over reacting?
