Diaper rash help

My daughter has been sick with rsv and then an ear infection. Then got a yeast infection (they gave us a cream for on Saturday) which has turned into bad diaper rash. They gave us a different cream Tuesday since it had gotten worse. Her bottom is even worse now. It’s raw and really red. She just screams bloody murder when being changed. What can I do? This is breaking my heart. Could the antibiotic from her ear infection be making this worse? Thanks for advice. 😢
