Currently 38w5d and I have been having regular contractions since Tuesday (Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>) I had them all day Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> and Christmas Day but they never got too bad or closer than 7 minutes apart. Thursday came and they started again. That night they were 4 minutes apart for about 2 hours so me and my husband went to L&D. They hooked me up and I was having contractions every 3-4 minutes but only dilated to a 1. They gave me a shot and told me it would stop them Until I was in real labor and I wouldn’t be about to walk or talk through them.

Still have had them all day Friday and today. They aren’t bad but I’m so ready to get this baby out. Any suggestions to help me dilate? I’ve tried everything!
