What is some good exercises that you can do for belly, thighs, etc.. I’m new to all this and was wondering how many calories your supposed to eat and how much water to drink? I’m 18 I’m 5”5 and I weigh 175.. I’m

trying to lose as much weight as I can.. If anyone has any advice about exercise and dieting it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
