Hospital at 22.4

Well I’m sitting in the hospital at 22 weeks 4 days. I had period like cramps for more than 24 hours that we’re really bothering me. I’m pregnant with twins, so the nurses told me to come in. Turns out I’m 1cm dialated but I’m not contracting enough for them to assume its preterm labor. I’m waiting for answers but it’s horrible to just wait!! They’re giving me progesterone, but I have to stay over night 😩. Any experiences out there to keep me from assuming the worst? I just want my babies to stay put 😭.
