when is a good time to get engaged on average?

I know it is different for everyone but I am 19 and my boyfriend is 21 and we have been together for 2 years this January. we both know we want to marry each other but I am in school, and he is the only one with a career, and we just want more savings and stuff before but besides knowing our situation tell me your story when did u get married?

Started dating at 17. He was 19. Got engaged and married when I was 19, and he was 20. We lived in an efficiency with my grandma because his mom kicked him out. I had $50 to my name, and he had $10 because that's all his mom would give him. She would pocket the rest. He is on SSI. She was his payee and abused her power. We still went through with it. Together, we reported his mom. He got his money back, and I got a job with a company that works with people who receives SSI. I am in university. We moved into a bigger apartment. My grandma and brother lives with us because they need financial help, and my grandma has always been there for us. We now have a quite a bit of money in savings. We built our lives together from the ground up. I think it makes us more close than if we were to have waited until financially stable because we went through that trying time together.

Met at 15, married at 19, pregnant with first at 21.. pregnant with second at 29 and currently pregnant with third at 30.
I don't believe timing has anything to do with it. It's more so your commitment and dedication. If you wait for comfort or finances to be "right", you'll be waiting forever. 
My husband and I clearly married young and been through our share of struggles. Financially, emotionally, you name it! But we knew where we wanted to be and committed to it. We had times we were dead broke, living literally below paycheck to paycheck but we made it.
We both sacrificed for one another, finished school, started our careers. We went from living to a 1 bed/1 bath to now owning our 6 bed/4baths, making collectively 140k plus.
Whatever you decide, stick to your goals and make sure your spouse is on the same page. Encourage one another and pursue your goals! You have one life, take a leap of faith and go for it!

I’m 25 my fiancé is 32. I’m a stay at home mom to our two kids and full tile student. My fiancé makes really good money so he supports us all. We own a home and two cars all that jazz but we still aren’t married. We’re engaged but we don’t really talk about marriage much 🤷🏾‍♀️ there’s no set date, no official plans nothing. Its just not on my radar
