Possible implantation 6dpo??

I’m normally not one to symptom spot but I woke up this morning to a lower backache that’s been on and off today but pretty constant. I have been feeling like my period is coming Today but it’s not due until around 1/4. Anyway, me and my husband are watching a movie and I started having a sharp pinching pain on my far left side. It was pretty annoying because it lasted about 10ish minutes and it was super noticeable. Is it possible it could be implantation cramps?
