Anyone’s baby have a stomach bug?

How long does the diarrhea last? It’s been 8 days for my little one. She stopped vomiting after the first three days. The diarrhea just won’t go away though. Kind of wondering if it could be related to the tap water I’ve been using for the last few days since I ran out of purified water. I have her back on purified water so I’m hoping this improves it. Thankfully she’s acting totally normal. No signs of dehydration.

My LO had it 3 weeks ago and his dr said babies usually end up with diarrhea for a week bc their immune systems so its normal just make sure they are getting enough liquids. My dr suggested pedialyte but my LO would not drink it the unflavored or grape he refused it.

My LO has a stomach bug early on (around 2 months) and she def had loose poop and green poop for almost a week afterwards! Our ped said it was normal since it takes the GI system a little while to recover after a stomach bug

Ours only lasted 36 hours and no diarrhea. I'm so sorry your baby is ill!
