Is this early sign of labor on way?

Been up since 130am, just aching in my back down to my knees, soooo nauseous and couldn’t sleep. I tried eating and I tried to shower to see if it would help and had a poo but that didn’t help, but haven’t come around yet. It’s now 130pm and I’m out getting the last of my shopping done and still feeling the same and having increased lightning crotch, discharge today, regular Braxton Hicks which I always have since I’ve been 25 weeks along. Already lost a bunch of brown mucus plug and a lot of clear mucus plug last week.

Second child and didn’t experience any of this with my first. 39 weeks pregnant. Could this be an early indication of labor? Just feeling so damn off 😞
