Movement with 2nd?

Question

I’m 16 weeks with my second. I rented a doppler and heat the heartbeat.  But, haven’t felt baby move yet. I know some people say you can sometimes feel baby move earlier in the 2nd pregnancy. Can anyone share with me when they felt their 2nd move?

Did you find a Doppler is helpful? So many things on the web say it’s not helpful or not safe. So I’m on the edge on if I want one. In my heart I do. To hear heartbeat. 
I can’t feel anything either at 16 weeks
