Thoughts please!

I had the experience of having heavy bleeding and negative test then finding out I was two months pregnant with my now 21 month year old son. I been having symptoms of nausea, heartburn and sore breast. No cramps before the bleeding and I usually have bad cramps a week before I start my period. I started bleeding the day before expected period. Still having nausea,sore breast, heartburn and really bad headaches. When do you think I should test and has anyone else experience this before?
