Okay so I’ve had BV before and I think I might have it again but idk and I had sex with my bf today and now Inside my vagina is swollen and dry and idk If this is related or not but my urine smells bad which it doesn’t usually, I know that could just be dehydration but idk and I’m kinda worried

Yeah, I would call and tell them your symptoms. They can decide if you need an appointment. Your vagina being swollen sounds like it might be irritated, but the smell might point to bv or something similar. I would definitely give them a call and let them decide what you should do.
