Should I feel bad for dosing my husband with Camomile Tea?

Should I though? The man has a hard time sleeping he is driving for Uber and Lyft at night and going to start school soon for a career to better our family life. He is also sick- but, can't sleep do to the stress of the matter when bills are pouring inn still in between and the holidays. I slipped a chamomile bag in his tea and told him to be fair. I just watched him fight passing out and I feel guilty a bit. It was quite entertaining though to watch! XD Should I though? Lol I feel like I drugged him! He is stubborn as a old goat! Just like me! He needs rest to be better and sainer! I just hope he thanks me in the morning.
