Dry hair—HELP PLEASE

I have dry hair cause I died my hair a lot (started in 7th grade and I’m a senior in high school now) I tried 99.9% of everything to try to help my hair I even cut my hair to my shoulders and it didn’t work ...\/

It helped for the first week or two and I was told to let my hair air dry cause it’s better and I do and it just gets curly hair I have natural curly hair but also dry and I’m getting so tired of it...every time we trim it or cut it, it NEVER grows😫😫😫
