Subchorionic hemorrhage

I’m now 14 weeks and am still having brown blood some times it’s a little more sometimes barely anything maybe just when I wipe. Dr told me to expect brown blood but this is just not ideal of course and makes me worry I’ve known I’ve had this since 6 weeks pregnant I’ve had ultrasounds last one was at 11 weeks 4 days baby was ok then but I haven’t had an appointment 3 weeks and I’m just worried all the time anyone else have a similar situation and baby was good and when did the hemorrhage clear up ?
