FTM- what’s your fitness schedule?
I am wondering what you fit moms routines look like?! I’ll be going back to work after 12 weeks maternity leave and I’m trying to think of how I will make a routine work. I work 40 hours a week but can make my own schedule. Currently working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day but thinking I’ll switch to 4,9 hour days and a 4 on fridays- can work from home. I currently workout for one hour in the morning at 5 am before work. I’d like to still workout 5 days a week but i know I’ll need to be flexible. So just curious to see how you moms make working out work with working full time and being a mom?! I also plan to breastfeed.
