Back pain remedies
In having major back pain in my lower back and foinf into my butt on my right side and I'm only 8 weeks pregnant.
I already take warm baths/showers and have a heating pad for it as well as taken tylenol when I can.
Do you ladies have any stretches or other remedy ideas I can do to help alleviate this pain?
