🍑🍑 update with booty routine below since so many asked 😛
• increase protein intake!! A good tip is to take your weight and go for that amount in grams for your goal for the day. I weigh 120 so I aim for 120g of protein a day.
• drink 2 protein shakes a day (add peanut butter for extra protein)
• limit sugars and bad fatty foods. You don’t have to completely deprive yourself. Just make sure you’re working out to compensate for it.
• work out HARD. you don’t necessarily need to go to the gym. There are many at home booty workouts on YouTube you can follow. I recommend looking at “the booty king” He has great content and info!
• I do lots of squats, deadlifts, cable kickbacks, hip thrusts, hip abductions, fire hydrants and more! Weight training is key to seeing great results. I NEVER thought I’d work out like this, but it’s my favorite thing to do now
• increase calories consumed. I aim for 2300. As I gain weight, I make sure to up that amount.
• get enough sleep and drink enough water! Your muscles grow while you’re resting and being hydrated helps ensure that you have a great workout without damaging your muscles
• hold yourself accountable! My bf helps me with this also. You have to push yourself to see results. It takes LOTS of patience and hard work but it’s so worth it. If you’re feeling like you can’t do it, that’s just your mind talking. I guarantee your muscles are stronger than you think
I’ve been working hard to grow my booty. My long distance boyfriend has been like my personal trainer and I can thank him for my gains. He told me to send him a pic when I feel “proud” but idk if this is good enough or if I should wait a little longer. honest opinions please
