Difficult Diet
So before I got pregnant I didn’t have a diet I just cooked whatever I wanted everyday. We just didn’t eat fast food. Since I’ve been pregnant I can not keep down any meat. It makes me extremely sick. The only thing I’ve found I can keep down is fruit.
I’m ok with this a little because I’ve never been a big meat eater but my question is of course is anyone else experiencing this or if your think an all fruit diet is ok. Even suggestions of what to try.
