It’s just a spermicide friendly lube. It can’t actually help you conceive unless you don’t have enough cervical mucus or if you have hostile cervical mucus. Some people don’t recommend it because of the preservatives in it. There are some organic aloe Vera based lubes out there that are sperm friendly too that don’t have any funky chemicals or preservatives.

This is hard to answer because yes it works  well as a lube but I don’t believe it is the reason I got pregnant. I wasn’t making much cm at times during my cycle and need lube so that’s what I used. I recommend it if you don’t produce much but at the end of the day it is just lube that is Soren friendly🤷‍♀️.

I wasn't using it the months I got pregnant, but it feels nice and works well as a lubricant. It's always worth a shot.
