21 weeks pregnant with sinuses

This has been going on for days. My stuffy nose & throat has gotten better however now I have so much pressure in my face/head so I have this cold headache and so much drainage in my throat. What can I do to help this? I took Tylenol this morning and it seems to be wearing off. :’( I’m miserable still. Hate feeling like this.
