High testosterone in male

Just wondered if anybody has been through the same as myself and partner.

My partner had a spent count done due to us not falling pregnant. It came back zero sperm count. Had it re done to confirm and unfortunately the sample was correct and my partner has zero sperm.

He was sent for blood tests. And they came back to show that he has high testosterone in his bloods.

Does anybody know what this means for us? We assume this is the reason he has zero sperm.

I’ve heard of low testosterone but not high.

I’m really worrying about it as I just hope it’s fixable. I’ve even tried researching it but nothing comes up. Only for low.
