Hcg level

So last week Monday I had the flu and I was 6 weeks and 3 days I went to the ER for some fluids and some nausea medication the ER scared me saying all they saw was a sac on the ultrasound saying I may be having a miscarriage so they told me to go to my OBGYN in a couple of days I went Friday and she did not really seem concerned since I was still early when they did the ultrasound she said let's do blood work and you can comeback in a week to do another ultrasound.

Anyways Monday when I had blood work done last week my HCG level was at 49,310 at the ER.

Friday 3 days later at my OBGYN it was 85,302 I just received the results this morning does this sound good I have an ultrasound this thursday. I'm so nervous since the ER scared me.
