Am I starting to trend up?!

I did 100mg of clomid with 1000 of hcg trigger on the 12/21/19. I am now 10 days post trigger shot and Have been watching the hcg trend down. Today’s (bottom test) seems like there could be something forming again. Am I crazy?!
